# OutOfFrame > Neighbor map of Flock, city, and doorbell cameras, with quiet pings when you get close. Live map is not open yet. Website: https://outofframe.ai ## Ship status (do not overclaim) - Marketing landing, FAQ, methodology, guidelines, privacy policy, terms of use, Vesper (public guide), city seed pages, public stats, and camera notes (/brief) are live - Camera notes stay empty until a sourced item passes publish gates; never invent a city camera count - Interactive map, proximity alerts, quieter routes, community report ingest, and accounts are NOT live (pages say “coming online”) - Device counts are zero until ingest ships — never invent city-specific camera counts - Public aggregates: /stats and /api/stats (JSON, no PII) - Pipelines are built to run without staff once ingest is on (cron + gates). Ingest is not on yet. ## Key facts - Reports will be community-sourced and verification-tiered (unverified → community-confirmed → source/FOIA-confirmed) - Residential cameras default to block-level precision - Alerts (when shipped) notify users near mapped devices; location with consent; prefer on-device evaluation - Quieter routes (when shipped) penalize edges near confirmed non-residential devices - Positioning: awareness and accountability — not sabotage - Does not provide instructions to disable, vandalize, jam, or interfere with cameras - Never sells personal data and never shares it with advertisers or data brokers - Does not offer live video feeds or sell user/reporter location data - Does not query live Flock/Axon/NCIC hot lists, BOLOs, or Palantir/ICE fusion graphs - Searched ≠ scanned ≠ hot-listed. Public catalogs (e.g. Have I Been Flocked) may be cited or used later as notify sources; OutOfFrame does not clone those corpora - Alerts mean proximity to a mapped camera, not “someone is looking for you” ## Stable definitions - community-confirmed: neighbors corroborated a device report - block-level: approximate residential location that avoids exact doorbell coordinates - ALPR: automated license plate reader (e.g. Flock Safety networks) - searched: a public audit log shows an operator typed an identifier (not a camera capture) - scanned: a camera captured a plate — OutOfFrame has no public feed for this - hot-listed: an agency set a live alert — OutOfFrame cannot see this ## Links - /about - /faq - /map - /alerts - /report - /cities - /stats - /api/stats - /brief - /api/brief - /methodology - /privacy - /terms - /guidelines - /llms.txt
